I modified the alligator holder part to work seamlessly with regular and mini alligators available at electronics parts suppliers. You may need a hammer or heavy tool to insert alligators, but the design ensures they stay securely in place. I also widened the hole diameter to accommodate Dupont wires like this one: http://ep.yimg.com/ay/yhst-90268561309754/awg26-30cm-dupont-wire-color-connector-cable-3.gif, allowing them to pass through with ease.
