I used the Allen Wrench 5 mm from Thingiverse and added a small box with my basic Hot Shoe. The Screw Hole wasn't necessary, so I left it open. You'll need the Allen Wrench T Handle Metric by "thehans" for the second part. This is much cheaper than losing the original Allen Key over and over again.
