allen wrench fence latch lock

i designed this to convert an old allen wrench i had lying around into a latch lock. it's a simple mechanism to allow the wrench to slide into the slot and then lock into place. (i think the allen wrench i'm using is more or less 67mm long and 4.8mm at its widest point). it comes in three pieces that slide together and are held by the mounting screw.
