Do you own a metric allen set? Congratulations! You can print a tripod for your phone. The simple version doesn't have the ability to tilt, it's just the first version. It may satisfy you, but if you need more control over the camera's point of view, you probably need the full version. You'll require two M3 screws, nuts and washers (only one of each for the simple version). Minimal screw length required for Galaxy 9+ is 25mm. Use allens measuring 4-6mm for the legs.
