Allen Key Screwdriver
thingiverse
To create a functioning screwdriver out of a standard 5/64" allen key, simple crafting skills and basic printer access are sufficient. Both parts should be printed without any support structures. The small end of the allen key is then carefully trimmed until it perfectly fits into a pre-existing slot on the top portion. On the bottom piece, the existing hole is skillfully enlarged to accommodate the insertion of the key through its new opening. Securely joining both components together forms a sturdy screwdriver capable of efficient operation. To allow further creativity and modification potential, the Inventor files for this design have been included in the package. This allows individuals to modify and reimagine the design using alternative allen keys or create entirely new items by remapping and tweaking the model parameters.
