Allen Bradley Contact Carrier Plastic Guide for 100-BXXXX Contactor
thingiverse
I needed a replacement Plastic Guide for an Allen Bradley 100-B180N Contactor and could not find anyone selling any replacement ones. So I decided to sketch one up because it isn't too terribly complicated and I wanted to beef it up a little by adding plastic where they originally had made it hollow because we have had two of these pieces break in the same spot now. I didn't want to buy another used one even for just the guides because I was worried that it would last long just like the others whether or not it was the age of the plastic or the environment I wanted to try and make one that would hold up better. First model did not fit, the horizontal piece that slides into the carrier was slightly too big and then the whole assembly did not fit flush into the carrier because the top was 0.75mm too deep so I shrunk both assemblies and will now re-print and test the new 2.0 STL file and hopefully it works. Also I made the piece that keeps the bar from sliding out into a sort of cage because it was really flimsy just hanging there, I don't think it will hurt anything but I don't think I have a Aux Contact to put on the side and check if it interferes or not. Please let me know any other problems you run into or find out, Thanks.
