All Plastic Sanding Block

I created an all-plastic sanding block that doesn't require additional hardware, making it easier to use straight out of the printer. This design includes printing a top piece, a bottom piece, and two knurled nuts. Note: This plastic version is not as durable as its metal counterpart but still functions well. For optimal performance, consider printing with a stronger material like PETG. I printed my test version in PLA due to machine settings, and the low infill made it prone to breaking at the base. Tightening and loosening the knurled nuts can be tricky. The design is currently labeled as a work-in-progress because the fit between the top and bottom pieces may need adjustments for thicker sandpaper.
