Human: Custom-built 3D printer featuring MGN12 and MGN15 rails paired with 12mm linear solid shafts, allowing for precise movement. Dual extrusion is enabled through an E3D Chimera watercooled version, ensuring efficient cooling. Heating is provided by a silicone heater measuring 500mm X 500mm in size. The printer's frame consists of all laser-cut aluminum parts, housed within a clear plastic case. High-quality photos will be uploaded soon to showcase the finished build. A precision-machined x-carriage enhances accuracy and stability. The printer utilizes two NEMA 17 48mm motors for X and Y-axis movement, while two NEMA 17 40mm motors with inbuilt 600mm lead screws provide a smooth extrusion process. Additionally, two NEMA 40 motors power the Titan extruder, enabling dual extrusion capabilities. A Duet WiFi board integrates TMC2600 drivers to optimize motor control and performance.
