The two side nut holes protruded 1.35mm too far from the panel. ### faux-hardware-bolt.stl I lengthened the bolt, ensuring it passes through all 5 fingers with 1mm of space left for tightening. ## Future Work I'd love to see a version of the faux hardware nut and bolt made for M4 bolts. This would simplify the BoM if you could use M4 bolts and nuts for everything. Another option is to thicken the bottom of the mount-bracket by 1mm, allowing another M4×14 nut for the center post.
