As I tackled clearance issues with my original duct on the Trianglelab Volcano, I realized the right arm of the duct was interfering with the volcano's functionality. To resolve this problem, I made adjustments to the duct using Tinkercad, expanding its width to the right to ensure proper clearance. Additionally, I discovered that the holes for air intake were too small, obstructing maximum airflow from my blower fan. To address this issue, I removed the middle rods on the air outlets, allowing for improved airflow. Furthermore, I implemented four strategically placed holes directed towards the nozzle position in the horizontal section, which enables airflow from three distinct directions and significantly enhances overall cooling performance.
