All-in-one travel DnD kit
cults3d
A complete travel kit for DnD or any other board games. This design includes: -A collapsible dice tower -Dice storage container with enough space for a complete set of 7 dice -A print-in-place 3-digit counter The design comes in two variants, a thick walled version (with a wall thickness of 2.4mm) and a thin walled version (with a wall thickness of 1.2mm). The thin walled version is the preferential print and the one shown in the product photos, but the thicker walled version is an easier print (or so I've been told, I have only ever printed the thin walled version). This print requires a well tuned printer as the tolerances between all of the components is approximately 0.5mm and this clearance is important in the function of the mechanisms. The stacked counter wheels have a clearance of 0.4mm between the components and should separate with minimal force after the print is completed. They may be a little stiff but should eventually loosen up with use. If you want an increased or decreased tolerance I may be able to accommodate this. Video of the print: https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/jll5eq/updated_the_collapsible_dice_tower_nows_its_an/ If anyone has any questions before purchasing, send me a message and I'll do my best to reply. Update 04/12/2020 Air gap increased from 0.4mm to 0.6mm for the thick walled container with the fixed bottom ring as requested in the comments (suffixed with "0,6mm_air_gap"). If anyone is wanting similar changes made to the other variants of the container let me know and I'll get them uploaded ASAP. Update: 11/11/2020 Following some feedback regarding the base piece and the clip I have uploaded some variant files that might work better for some people. These are: -Reinforced counter marker with a thicker wall (denoted "_reinforced" -A new container piece with a 4th fixed tier on the bottom. This removes the need for a marker as it has an arrow on it. It also means there's something easier to hold onto when screwing and unscrewing the pieces, subsequently I've been able to remove the recess in the base making the volume inside the container larger (possibly big enough for a miniature or two but I don't have one to test with). These pieces are denoted with "_fixed_bottom_ring".
