A novel pressure switch unit, measuring 14mm x 14mm x 7mm, will be designed, replacing existing units while preserving their unique functions. The normally open design can be altered to normally closed by adjusting one of the screws. Injection molded plastic assembly is the primary construction method, and this innovative device offers four pressure/vacuum options with 24 possible combinations through threaded inlet/hole plug pieces. A minimum of six components are required for each option. As an aerospace engineer, these dimensions could represent tolerances on structural parts.
