All-in-One fan Duct E3D v6 40mm fan

Love the original design, but the noisy 30mm E3D fan was a major drawback. To address this issue, I redesigned the entire system, swapping out all three fans for larger, quieter 40x40mm units. Big thanks to DWONH, the brilliant designer behind the original concept, who deserves full credit for their innovative work. To make this design more accessible and user-friendly, I created two distinct versions: 1) A single-piece print that might require some patience and finesse, given its complexity. 2) A split-design version that breaks down the parts into manageable chunks, allowing for easier printing. However, it does require a bit of glue to hold everything together. Here are my print settings: Printer: CoreXY D-Bot Rafts: No rafts needed here! Supports: None required - this design is strong and stable on its own. Resolution: I opted for a crisp 0.2-0.25mm resolution, yielding a smooth finish and precise details.
