I'm not sure there's a perfect solution for everything I want to accomplish with my CR10 S5. So, I'll outline exactly what I've been looking for myself. This setup is specifically designed for an MKS Gen L board. I upgraded the Mosfet from TH3d, added a raspberry Pi, and a standard buck converter to power the Pi. The MKS Gen L has a 5v output but lacks sufficient amps, so a buck converter seems like a better option. To replicate this setup, you'll need to be extremely knowledgeable about the involved components and electronics. I'll leave it up to you to figure out the details. In the future, I plan to create a version of this setup for a stock board. For now, this is what I've managed to accomplish so far. Feel free to choose any other LCD mounting systems that catch your eye from thingiverse for the screens.
