All Axis Chains X and Right Side Z

Okay, here's the last of the all axis cable chain assemblies. Here are the X and right side Z Axis parts. I gotta tell you it took me a couple of iterations for me to pull it off with the stock length of cable on the printer, but in the end it all worked out and with just a little bit of slack on both chains when fully extended. I think you'll see that in the end, we saved the best for last. No cutting or alterations of the cables are needed however you do need to disconnect the extruder connection to mount the XZ Bracket at the extruder. The brackets all have holes for small cable ties which I used everywhere except the ones in the Lower Right Z Bracket. ***Correction: I have revised the hole locations on this bracket so the supplied cable tie holes can be used on this bracket as well.*** Note: However, If using these two tie holes make things too tight in the chain, bypacing them and installing the tie on the chain link as shown earlier will give you more slack. I have a photo of how I applied the cable tie there along with others showing how the ties were installed on the other two brackets as well. I also have a photo showing a pre-assembly wire routing of the lower right Z Bracket. I also had a very hard time finally installing the cable tie on the bottom segment of the larger XZ Bracket. This will be much easier for YOU if you install that bracket first along with the cable ties so you'll have slack in the cable to position it to ease the cable tie installation. All the ties should first be installed as loose as possible. When everything is installed then fully extend the Z and X axis's, give the chains a little wiggling to help the cables find a comfortable position and then tighten all the ties. You're looking at 15 chain links in the X Axis not including the end connectors. On the Z axis you're looking at 15 as well. The chain's end connector parts are different on each end and mount differently as well, so pay close attention to how I have used them on each bracket. You might not always be able to see them clearly but if you look closely at the chain itself you can tell which connector would be able to connect there. Take your time with the assembly, it's very doable and the parts fit together well. The Hot End bracket fits very snugly so with your thumbs above and fingers of both hands below, make sure it seats completely down on the hot end mounting plate. It will rest directly on top of the hot end mounting bracket aligning with the two holed at the top. For those of you new to this cable chain design series, the hardware used are stainless 4-40 flat head screws, flat washers and nylon insert type locknuts. This entry completes all the Axis Cables and I have links below to the other axis's along with links the chains bought from Amazon. These chains are 15X15mm that open to the outside of the radius. If I find I've missed something here I'll update promptly. Check out my other parts as well.
