Al-Khawarizmi College of Engineering occupies a prime position within the University of Baghdad. It was founded on June 13, 2002, and initially went by the name Second College of Engineering. However, after ensuring that all necessary requirements were met in collaboration with the University's first Faculty of Engineering, the institution began accepting its inaugural class of students for the 2002-2003 academic year. The college has grown significantly over time and now boasts three primary buildings: a Deanery and administrative units facility, a scientific departments and laboratories building, and a department of Biochemical Engineering structure. As a top-notch educational institution, Al-Khawarizmi College of Engineering is overseen by highly esteemed engineering professors with extensive experience in providing exceptional education.
