To address loose alignment screws on Afinia 3D printers, especially during intense vibrations in specific print modes (e.g., printing a box with walls and layer settings of 0.25mm, 0.30mm, or 0.35mm), I designed a fastener to keep them securely locked in place, preventing continuous realignment. The installation process is illustrated in the provided pictures: use three fingers on the tension bars and squeeze towards the center before sliding it on.
