I designed this sharpie holder to ensure precision cuts close to edges, minimizing waste on consumables. By eliminating guesswork, I'll save significant time and extend the life of my consumables even further. To assemble, load the pen through the top, where it rests on a lip. Next, insert the spring and screw on the cap. The internal spring keeps the sharpie in contact with the steel, allowing the pen to move smoothly along the contour of the metal. This sharpie holder is specifically designed for use with the torch holder on the Langmuir Crossfire plasma table. After post-processing, I simply outline my project and verify where the cuts will be made. One printed prototype works flawlessly! The cap and body feature M20 x 1.5 metric threading.
