Alignment Locking Pins
thingiverse
These can be used to align and lock two flat surfaced objects together. These were specifically made to align a flask or a cope and drag in home foundry metal casting. The rod is a 6mm aluminum rod bent to use as the locking pins. These pins will align X and Y axis while locking Z axis. The hole for the screws is tiny so that you may drill to the appropriate screw size. The 6mm angled hole will need to be drilled with a 15/64ths drill bit or 6mm drill bit as it is meant to be a tight fit, and you should put the two pieces together and then drill the hole for a tight locking fit. Of course you will need to print two sets, one for each side of the box. I hope this helps someone.
