This is front and back frame base for an AliExpress Prusa I3 from http://goo.gl/1uOYnl. The P802-D1.dwg file comes courtesy of their Customer Support team, while I generated P802-D2.dwg using D1 as a sample template for all the holes required by smooth and threaded rods. If anyone wants the plastic parts, feel free to drop a reply here. Once I finish editing it, I will upload the complete frame. When I asked the seller for the files of their acrylic frame, they playfully denied me access, claiming it's top secret! As it stands, this Prusa I3 is working perfectly well, but after only a few months, the low-quality acrylic used in their design starts bending, affecting even my GT2 belt on the Y axis which, I must admit, was initially not tightened properly. Their Melzi board also refused to let me update its firmware - it just wouldn't cooperate. In light of this experience, I highly recommend searching for a Prusa I3 kit from AliExpress that includes a controller, allowing for firmware updates, before you decide to buy one of these printers, lest their supposed top-secret design remains their only secret. Edit: I've now uploaded stock fan mounts, feed blocks, X-axis motors, and idlers. Thanks to psyhlo for generously sharing more STL files for this printer.
