This drill guide modification originated from a purchase on Aliexpress. The original clamp is designed for drills with a 43mm outside diameter mounting end. A new printed clamp has been created to accommodate drills with 48mm OD mounting ends, as seen in the photo featuring a Black&Decker DR260. The same bolting hardware as the original clamp is utilized. I have yet to determine the purpose of the bolt located on the side of the clamp, resulting in two versions of the clamp body being created. One version does not include the side bolt feature (this is the one featured in the photos). An alternative version, rev.1, includes this feature but requires an additional nut for those who need it. Unfortunately, I have never printed the rev.1 design, so no photo has been uploaded. Print at your own risk.
