Aliens M40 (HEDP) Grenade Movie Prop

Based on a blueprint I found somewhere a long time ago. The M40 High Explosive Dual Purpose (HEDP) Grenade is designed to be fired from the U1 Grenade Launcher attached to the M41A Pulse Rifle. Its primary purpose is as a launched projectile, but it can also be used as a hand-thrown grenade by flipping off the red plastic cap and depressing the button beneath. This will trigger a three-second fuse, after which the round will detonate. There are six versions of the shell, and I could not decide on just one design, so I uploaded them all to share with you. Note: One version has some dimensional errors, but these can be easily fixed using drill bits measuring 5/16 inch, 11/32 inch for the button, and 23/64 inch for the primer. However, this may vary depending on the type of plastic used. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: I used 0.2 - 0.1 mm resolution settings. Infill: I set infill to 35%. Notes: For best results, print the primer at a resolution of 0.1 mm and the rest at any other setting you prefer.
