A bespoke 3D-printable replica of the iconic helmet from the film Alien is now available, expertly crafted by commission. This intricate model is engineered to accommodate a glass or plastic dome with an outer diameter of 186mm, precision-machined with a wall thickness of 3mm, and features a distinctive cut-out section from the 180-degree bottom, extending up by 14mm or approximately 4 degrees. The model is carefully optimized for printability and can be scaled to meet specific needs, however, it necessitates splitting into multiple parts to facilitate successful printing. For added convenience, I have included both parametric files, allowing users to make easy edits, as well as printable mesh and STL files that ensure seamless printing results.
