Alien: Isolation Samani E-125 Watch

After spending a day and a half playing Alien: Isolation, I felt compelled to create this 3D model. With hip hop fueling my creative process, the project was finally complete. The intricate facial details are achieved through meticulous texture work, while the underlying face geometry remains flat. To avoid potential poly-count issues, I opted against using a high-low poly bake and instead employed Substance Painter's alpha stamping effect to capture the desired height map impression. Since I would be spending considerable time authoring the texture for the face imprint anyway, it made sense to create an alpha channel for the design.
