Note files are in inches. If you are working in millimeters you will need to rescale. These are alignment blocks for installing cams on BMW M50, M52, and M54 engines. The degree markings are in degrees of crankshaft rotation. The tools labeled NV are for installing a M50nv intake cam in the exhaust side of the cylinder head.
