Foldable Antenna Mount for ImpulseRC Alien 5" For Assembly, You Will Need These Items: 3x M3x10 1x M3x25 2x M3 Nut 2x Antenna Tube (Outer Diameter 3mm, Inner 1.5mm or 2mm) Two Versions of the Moving Part Exist: One is Flat and the Other Zig-Zag, with Only a Difference in the Sides That Go Together. I Initially Thought the Flat Part Could Be Problematic but It Works Well with Both Versions. To Assemble: 1. Put the VTX Connector with Already Mounted Antenna into the Slot. 2. Secure the VTX Antenna Connector with 2x M3x10 Screws in the Holes. 3. Before Sliding the Holder onto the Top Frame, Take Both RC Cables and Put Them into the Slot in the Holder, Then Slide It onto the Top Part of the Frame. 4. Secure the Holder onto the Frame with the Bolts Already Included with the Alien. 5. Take the Antennas and Put the Tubes Over Them. 6. Put the "Holder_Clamp_Back" Part into the Holder, Pointing Straight Up. 7. Put the Tubes into the Clamp_Back, Then Close It Together with the Clamp_Front. 8. Secure the Clamp Together with an M3x10 Bolt and M3 Nut, Tight Enough to Hold the Antennas. 9. Take the M3x25 Bolt and Put It Through the Side of the Holder, Through the Clamp to the Other Side, Secure with M3 Nut (There's a Side with M3 Nut Shape to Hold onto the Nut). 10. You're Done! I'm Not Sure If This Fits Any Other Alien Versions or Drone Models. The VTX Holder Is Made for the SMA Antenna Connector That Came with My TBS Unify Pro 5G8 V3, Which Already Had Threading in Both Screw Holes, Making It Easy to Use M3 Screws. The Holder Snuggly Fits Two Diversion Antennas from My Frsky X4R-SB. I Experienced Issues with the Mr Steele Way of Mounting Antenna Tubes (One Facing Top and One Bottom of the Drone), Which Would Get Damaged When Placing the Drone in a Backpack. This Solution Allows for Easy Folding of RC Antennas and Secure Storage in a Backpack. The Antenna Tube Diameter Is 3mm Outside, with an Inner Diameter of 1.5mm or 2mm (As Provided with the Alien 5" Frame). The Holder Should Not Interfere with the Lumenier Multi-functional RGB LED Tail Light, as the VTX Antenna Fitting Will Be Directly Above It.
