Algae Scrubber (magnetic aquarium cleaner)

It's my version of the common magnetic algae scrubber. I found others but thats wasn't enough strong, and figured out they are hard to make too. How to make: - Print 2 piece of both STL. If you have try to find something foodsafe. - You'll need 6 piece of 16x3mm magnets, try Ali if you don't have. (I left the OBJ file too if you want to resize it for your magnet size you want to rebuild the STLs) - First add magnet pairs of one par (one into the hole, the pair into the outer side). You'll need all 6 magnets here. - Glue the two part of this piece for each other (close 3 magnets into your printed parts, you'll wont see them again for a while I hope ). I suggest super glue (cyano acril) for glueing, PLA love it and as I know it's fish safe too. - After a few hours remove the 3 magnet from the outer part, and repeat the process on the other part. Now you can use the already glue part's magnet for keep in place the magnets inside under glueing. - When you are done choose a part of textil for both side of the outer part for be sure you don't make ugly scratch in you glass. Try to find as thin as possible, keep the magnets close to each other. Use super glue again. - Use your favorite sponge, etc and glue a thin (!) piece of it to the inner side. You can choose different materiels to both side, and it's still useable. (if you turn the inner side you should turn the outer too of course.) - (!) I suggest to do not left this permanently in your water. Who knows what chemicals comming out of this tool in long term. I used food safe PLA, as I know the glue is safe too and the sponge should be right too, but still do not suggest to keep this inside after you are done with the cleaning.
