Projectile Point. Material: Flint. Technique: percussion/pitching carve. Chronology: Middle-Final III Millennium BCE. Origin: Structure 14 Necropolis Los Algarbes. Dimensions: 4 cm; 1.5 cm; 0.4 cm. Description: Hunted point base split and lateral fins present bifacial retouch (both faces) and planes all over its surface. In burials they were deposited with the shaft, made of wood, but which is now not preserved. They can be considered as weapons or as tools related to hunting (hunting), although in burials have a symbolic value at being deposited in burials as funerary offerings.
