Alfawise U30 - Mini drawers (120mm) right side

Here are some small drawers for Alfawise U30 to keep your nozzles, screws and whatnot in order. The drawer frame mounts under the right side horizontal 20x40 extrusion. It can also be used on the left side but you could fit even bigger drawers on that side. This outer frame is 33mm wide and leaves a couple mm's gap between the design and the power supply. The profile that mounts on the aluminum extrusion is tight, so some sanding may be needed. It's a good idea to force the print through a bit of aluminum extrusion before installing. I printed the frame so that the result was 120mm high. So with the cut-out "diamonds" there's a neat tower while printing. My U30 managed well @ 0.3mm layer height. Works with no sanding, looks a bit coarse though. (I'm not yet familiar with all the Cura settings and my profile is slowly getting better print by print.) Also there are close to 30mm bridges on the top of the frame so if your machine hates bridging this might go wrong. The boxes as they usually are "easy to print stuff" probably will do just fine even faster than 60mm/s that I used. The frame I printed @ 40mm/s. Walls of the boxes are 1.2mm (3x 0.4mm nozzle) and there are three top/bottom layers. Be sure to slice so that the surfaces are printed concentric!!! I think I nearly broke my printer when the "middle line" of the box wall was printed in diagonal lines jerking the machine like hell! Had to stop mid-print (my first fail!) so lesson learned, always check the layer view so that you note if there's something odd. A simple time/material ratio check would have also saved me beforehand at this occasion because the print time was twice as much as I (with my little experience) would have estimated. Changing "lines" to "concentric" the time reduced by half.
