I made a container for the U30 printer, to better maintain the print temperature and limit emissions in the room, also in anticipation of trying other materials such as ABS. By monitoring the temperature inside the chamber during printing I reached almost 35 °, experiencing problems of step loss of the extruder motor. I partially opened the container, which led to a drop in temperature below 30 °, allowing the extruder motor to run regularly. I solved the problem by cooling the electronics of the printer with two 12v 40x40 fans (Foto03.jpg), connected in series so as to use the free 24V FAN2 connector (Foto04.jpg). The project includes two half-shells (Foto02.jpg) to contain the fans, wiring of conductors and switch. The fans are fixed to the printer using the existing predispositions (Foto05.jpg). https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07CM1PQNS https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07PVZ18ZP A project as a gift for you to control the temperature and humidity inside the container. https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07JDSHD4Z
