The U20+ frame is just too tall, causing the Z axis to experience major vibrations and impacting print quality quite significantly.\r\n\r\n To address this issue, I've designed a solution that involves printing the top and bottom parts twice, one for each side of the printer, and then inserting a 720mm long x 16mm square aluminum tube. I chose this particular tube: \r\n\r\nhttps://www.leroymerlin.fr/v3/p/produits/tube-carre-aluminium-anodise-argent-l-1-m-x-l-1-6-cm-x-h-1-6-cm-e1501604700\r\n\r\n To secure the tube to the aluminum extrusions of the printer frame, I used M4 20 T-nut hammer bolts and M4 10mm screws. The STEP files for this design are included in the upload, allowing you to modify the parts to accommodate any type of tube you prefer.\r\n\r\n If you have any questions or need further clarification on how to implement this solution, please don't hesitate to ask.
