This is a clip-on drilling jig for the passage in linear rails of the alfawise U20 and probably other clone models that would use the same BED carriage (Y carriage) This is not a remix but i used this model as base: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4879801 The holes are set at 3.2 mm to guide/center a 3.5 or 3.6 mm bit (recommended to keep some play during the final adjustment of the rails). The spacing between the rails is the maximum possible to guarantee optimal stability of the bed. Just imagine a table without legs that you put on trestles. The more you space the trestles, the more stable the table is :D . Printing in 0.2, 20% filling, 100% ventilation from the second layer for the best possible dimensional accuracy. Important: Almost essential border (8 mm), ideally inside and outside. This model is delivered as it for testing purpose and without any guarantee.
