This is a support for Alfawise printers to switch to DIRECT DRIVE and can accommodate the extruder from Trianglelab model E3D V6 This support is mounted on the original plate and allows you to install the BMG extruder + Nozzle fans + Radiator, the sensor presence filament as well as the original extruder motor or the one provided with the one from trianglelab. The Zip includes 4 files: 1 - The support (use the original screws) 2 - The sensor cover (to clip on) 3 - The radiator fan support (2 screws) 4 - The filament fan support (to clip on) For mounting: 1 - Fix the bracket with the original screws on the X-axis plate (press it well against) 2 - Mount the BMG extruder and its motor with the 3 screws provided and take the opportunity to pass the temperature sensor and the heating body + cables Warning: when calibrating the extruder, it may be necessary to reverse the direction of rotation of the motor, in this case do as follows: a - Launch pronterface and connect the printer in USB, then CONNECT b - Type M1003 E0 or 1 (1 original value) c - Then M1999 to flash d - Switch off the printer then switch it on again Also the original extrusion speed which is about E9x,xxxxxx changes to E4xx,xxxxxx 3 - Clip on the BMG nozzle fan support and screw it on the support/platter with a screw at the back 4 - Screw the fan on it (Be careful to put it in the right direction so that the air goes to the nozzle 5 - Screw with 2 screws the radiator fan support on the support / plate 6 - Screw the fan on it so that it blows towards the radiator. 7 - With the 2 original screws fix the sensor presence filament on the upper part of the support / plate, connect it and place the cover. A sight glass exists to see the filament pass. 8 - You will also need 2 PTFE tubes, one on the extruder going against the support sensor presence filament and one in the extruder going to the nozzle.
