Alfawise U20 Standalone Kit

Few modifications were made to accommodate differences between the Alfawise U20 and CR10. Mainly, these adjustments involved the touch LCD and motherboard, but also reflected my personal preferences. A. Alfawise U20 Touch LCD (lcd_faceplate_v1.1) The Alfawise U20's touch LCD is mounted on the front with a 30-degree tilt. Its small footprint made it fairly easy and quick to print, requiring little support. Construction holes were provided for easy assembly. Requirements: 1) Four M2x5.5 - 6mm screws are needed: longer ones will perforate the faceplate, as shown in pictures. 2) An extension cable ribbon with a 40-pin, 0.5-pitch connection is required: - Two 200mm cables with two adapters (my current and temporary solution), or - One 400mm cable with an adapter, or - One 600mm cable for direct connection to electronics 3) Two M5x10 screws and two t-nuts are also necessary. 4) A long screwdriver with a head no wider than 3.5mm is required. B. Power Plug Mount (psu_power_box_40x20v3) The power plug mount was separated from the leg, allowing for easy movement to any side without fuss. This design also made it possible to remove the power plug in case of an all-in-one solution in the future. Requirements: a) Two M3x10 screws with nuts are needed. b) Two M5x10 screws with t-nuts are also required. C. PSU Top Cover (CoverBlank) The optional holes were removed from the top cover. D. Under Bracket (underbracket_meshmixed2) The psu bracket holder was modified to a blank one, providing an option to mount anything with custom holes and nylon standoffs. However, I must admit that I was lazy and didn't want to design a specific mount for Alfawise electronics - something to be done in the future. One major caveat with this bracket is its length, which remains the same as the original. This may cause it to go under the PSU, potentially creating issues for some users.
