I wanted to buy silentblocs, but seeing how many people were dissatisfied with the quality of the parts, I got inspired by the principle instead. These plates allow you to insert a piece of bike tire like a mountain bike. Check out the photos. Put a double thickness between the square support and the chassis for the Y axis, and between the motor and the support for the X axis. This may seem simplistic, but it's actually effective. There is no need to move the motor pulley because of the thin width. It costs nothing except a little time to cut out the rubber. I hope you will appreciate this.
