Alfawise U20 Precise Fan Duct V2
thingiverse
**Alfawise u20 Precise Fan Duct** It's used for precise lithographic printing, making tracks of PCBs, and it's not recommended to use it to print conventional pieces. This is very important - you'll make this ventilation duct do its job very well when printing low-height objects (for example 1mm to 3mm). The standard ventilation duct provided by the Alfawise u30, u20, and u10 delivers an insufficient and dispersed air flow. With this ventilation duct, it's possible to increase the airflow and concentrate it in a point very close to the extrusion zone. To prevent the air outlet hole from touching the bed (due to printing tolerances), it may be necessary to lightly sand the top and/or bottom of the moving part of the fan duct. As an added value, the air outlet can be adjusted in height and rotated to achieve an optimal result - this is achieved with two pieces: the first piece that's fixed where the old pipe was (AU20_DUCT_V1_2OF2.STL) and the second moving part that can be moved vertically and radially (AU20_DUCT_V1_1OF2.STL). **Due to printing tolerances, the following adjustments may have to be made to the joining of both parts:** - If it's hard to fit them, it's recommended to oil the parts of both pieces that make contact, to facilitate their movement without breaking them (since they've been printed with thin thicknesses to make them as light as possible). - If they're very loose, it's recommended to place insulating tape around the perimeter so that the joint is sufficiently tight. - For the same reason, the screw holes are M3 but they may have to be enlarged.
