I'm designing a mold for a silicone damper/shock absorber specifically tailored for the Alfawise U20 One. The mold is crafted to fit snugly onto the cone surface of the original rubber feet, ensuring a precise and secure fit. To accommodate low production volumes and minimal silicone usage, I've opted to print four molds instead of one. This also allows me to adjust the proportions of the two-component silicone compound, which I've mixed in a 100:5 ratio (silicone:catalyst). The total silicone weight required for all four molds is approximately 17 grams. To simplify the removal process, I recommend applying a lubricant inside the mold before filling it with silicone. This will prevent the molded damper/shock absorber from sticking to the mold and make it easier to remove once set.
