Alfawise U10 Z level stand

I use this tool to level the X gantry on the Z axis perfectly every time. The problem with the U10 (and possibly other similar printers) is that the 2 Z axis motors frequently get misaligned due to the left side being overloaded with the extruder motor and hotend, which homes to the left side, leaving nothing to counterbalance the weight on the right side. To fix this issue, I print two of these tools. Here's how to use them effectively: First, manually move the hotend to the center of the X-axis gantry. Then, go to the menu and select "Home Z". Next, choose "Move Z Up" from the menu. After that, slide the Z-level stands under the X-gantry, one for each side. Make sure they are securely in place. Now, go back to the menu and disable the steppers. Reach behind each Z-axis screw rod and turn them by hand until the X-gantry just sits on the Z-level stands. Finally, select "Move Z Up" from the menu again to re-energize the Z steppers and hold the Z alignment in place. Important note: You may need to relevel the Z axis from time to time. I use this tool before running a long print. If you're looking for a more permanent solution, check out Thingiverse for options that mechanically sync the 2 Z-motors using pulleys and belts. I'd love to see how others are using these tools! Please post your creations and let me know what you think of this fix.
