Alfa Romeo GTV6 Headlight Alignment Cup

This is an aftermarket headlight alignment cup/bracket/mount replacement designed for my 1985 Alfa GTV6. The part functions with the original screw and adjusts the headlight's position based on how tightly the screw is turned. Due to the increasing rarity of authentic components, I'm striving to replicate as many parts as possible. Additional photographs showcasing the actual object will be uploaded soon. This 3D printed replica mirrors the original shape precisely without any modifications or optimizations aimed at simplifying the printing process. As a result, it's quite challenging to print successfully. Furthermore, due to its intended application in an automotive context, make sure to use a robust material when printing this part. My initial iterations were created from Taulman Bridge Nylon, but I now prefer using PC-ABS blends for enhanced durability and performance.
