I found Sector111's post on DIY gap fillers here: http://sector111.blogspot.com/2016/06/jacking-up-4c.html I found that .25 and .125 ABS or Delrin sheet was more expensive than just tinkering these and printing at 100% infill. I used ABS. I bet anything with good compressive strength would work. Enjoy!
