Anciently known as "Alexander Rondanini," this revered artifact is an original creation of Euphranor's group. The piece depicts King Philip of Macedon riding a chariot, led by four majestic horses. His son Alexander takes the reins in both hands, showcasing his strength and determination (armor and garb were added by the skilled copist). This masterpiece was crafted after the Battle of Chaeronea in 338 BC. Alexander the Great, also referred to as Alexander Rondanini, is a testament to Greek culture, created during the Hellenistic period around 335 B.C. or later. The Roman copy can be found at the Glyptothek Inv. GI. 298 in München and The Royal Cast Collection in Copenhagen, Denmark. This remarkable object is part of "Scan The World," a groundbreaking initiative launched by MyMiniFactory to create a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the globe for the public's enjoyment.
