While printing this intricate model, keep in mind its complexity, joints may require sanding and fitting depending on your printer's accuracy. As always recommended print orientation, layer orientation should be taken into consideration to ensure strength in joints. This is not an easy task, yet each piece presents a unique challenge. Follow my guide carefully to achieve great results. I SHARE MY WORK FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY, but please do not share these files on social media or other websites; links to this page are acceptable. The battery holder has been left out of the files as power/batteries LED size is up to you, and you may choose to modify the model for a different power source or no lights at all. Bottom parts consist of 17 items, top parts have 19 items, some requiring more than one, such as joints. Two sets of hands, two removable chest pieces, and two heads are included. To assemble and print this model successfully, you will need to read the PDF file carefully. This is a high-resolution file with detailed instructions and full assembly guidelines. All parts have been printed and developed for optimal printing results. I have spent over 500 hours designing and testing joint designs in various materials and orientations, manufacturing two prototypes before finalizing the design offered here. The hands were modified twice from two alternative designs, thigh joints, pelvis belly parts up to five times each. All pieces have been thoroughly tested and print well with the recommended settings in the PDF file. Recently, I've been asked questions like "Why isn't this printing?" or "This is filled with holes when printed?" Please do not scale down or adjust my recommended settings for infill, as you can see from the pictures that it prints very well and I believe you will be pleased with the result when completed. All of my models are released only after they can print successfully. Please do not remix or "fix" faults in this model then republish! If there's a fault, let me know; I'll answer and fix the problem. Apart from that, print, enjoy! I make these models for my own collection but am always open to suggestions of content for models covering the DC and Marvel universe as well as TV and film cult images like Barbarella. If you have any ideas, message me. As always, enjoy the parts on offer. I SHARE MY WORK FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY. People ask me why the detail is so prominent (not just the figurative details) but the muscle tone, anatomy, clothing, etc., in my models. Well, as they are primarily made for my own collection, I always sand down with fine emery then subject my models to an Acetone vapor bath for 60 seconds. This seals the shells and makes a smoother appearance but removes some detail; hence, I build more detail into the model. Hope you like it.
