This 2-port manifold can be used to split standard 15mm tubing sets, like those commonly found on hospital ventilators. Although the device has been tested on a few hospital ventilators connected to pairs of test lungs, and has worked as planned every time, it is not approved by the FDA or any other governing body, and has undergone no official testing. Any emergency use of this device to enable a ventilator to be shared between two patients is solely at the discretion of medical staff. By downloading these files, the maker who chooses to download these files and print this device agrees to assume all responsibility for any damage resulting from their printing, assembling, and using it.
