Alesis Trigger I/o Rack Mounting Plate (two versions)
thingiverse
This is the Alesis Trigger I/O rack mount plate, designed with precision in mind.\r\nTwo models were created, one measuring 60mm long, matching the original length of the interface, and another longer version at 90mm.\r\nThe 60mm model was printed using a 0.2 layer height and 10% infill density. The longer version, however, showed signs of weakness due to its extended shaft, prompting the idea that increasing the infill percentage for this variant might be necessary.\r\nPrinting times were approximately 4 hours for the 60mm model and around 5 hours for the longer version on my Anet A8 printer.\r\nDesigning this project using Autodesk Fusion 360 was an enjoyable experience.\r\nTwo STL files are available, ready to print without any post-processing requirements. Simply print and use immediately.\r\nI hope this design is useful to someone; feel free to leave your comments and feedback.
