Alesis Electronic Drum Pad Clamp

Alesis Electronic Drum Pad Clamp

thingiverse

Originally, my floor tom clamp broke due to over-tightening. In just 15 minutes, I crafted a replacement using my Ultimaker printer and PLA filament, boasting 0.8mm wall thickness and 33% infill. The printing process took about 2 hours at 80mm speed, resulting in a stronger part than the original one. This ingenious creation was designed in Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://tinkercad.com/things/05STvwh9gLQ. To ensure durability, print with at least 35% infill and two shells. Although support structures were printed, they are likely unnecessary. Don't forget to have the fastening bolt ready for installation.
