If you're one of the ALDI/Jaycar 33 drawer parts cabinet owners, you'll have undoubtedly discovered that the included drawer dividers barely cover half the drawers. To rectify this issue, I've duplicated the originals but made them slightly thicker and a more precise fit than their counterparts. When printing these custom dividers, I do so in batches of around 20 at a time, positioning them vertically with the thick edge facing downwards. A crucial step is to ensure that "infill print after perimeter" is selected for an aesthetically pleasing finish. You can experiment with varying infill densities, but I've found that 50% provides optimal results.
