Aldi battery e-bike
thingiverse
Contemporary electric bicycles rely on 36V or 48V lithium batteries for power. With a capacity of 200W-250W, it translates to approximately 5A current, easily manageable by an Aldi Xfinity 4Ah battery pack, depending on voltage and power needs. The 4Ah designation means it will supply current for nearly an hour (4/5 of 1h = 48 minutes of ride). To achieve a 36V nominal voltage, two identical packs are connected in series: -pack1(+)---(-)pack2(+)-. Two Aldi packs provide enough energy for a 10km ride without pedal assist, as tested. A Freecad source is provided for those requiring different pipe frame diameters. The thing files serve solely as holders and connectors to use Aldi Xfinity batteries as power sources. The rest of the e-bike kit is standard, like those found here, but without a battery: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?SearchText=36v+bike+kit
