Grateful to Aqil for pointing out my initial miscalculations, where I erred by using in-lbf instead of ft-lbf, I now have the corrected weight at 149.2 grams. With all three loads applied simultaneously, the minimum Factor of Safety (FOS) is .62, but Alcoa has factored safety into their equation, making this number irrelevant. The required loads are: Load Case 1 - Minimum FOS: 1.7; Load Case 2 - Minimum FOS: 1.39; Load Case 3 - Minimum FOS: 1.55. The Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was performed with the bracket bolted to a stiff plate, following the print direction indicated in the .png file. Both .stl and .step files were exported with origin aligned with print direction.
