Cults3D
The blower fan in this AeonAir Dehumidifier (Model WDH-94SEL-1) broke along the center hub.
I designed this repair adapter to encapsulate and reinforce the broken central hub for the blower fan. Recommend Carbon Fiber PETG for moisture resistance and rigidity.
Build Instructions:
1. After printing both sides of the adapter, sandwich the broken fan hub between the two halves and use as a drill guide to drill screw clearance holes through the broken blower fan.
2. Place five M3x0.5mm nuts in the pockets on the Sq-Side of the adapter. McMaster-Carr P/N: 90592A085
3. Secure with five M3x0.5-12mm Long SHCS. McMaster-Carr P/N: 91290A117
Repaired fan has been running and operational for over a month without issue!
