The 3D model was built directly from the real world. It's accurate, made with precise measurements, and qualitatively mirrors the original exactly. Model formats include: *.max (for use in 3ds Max 2008 scanline) *.max (for use in 3ds Max 2008 vray) *.fbx (works in a variety of software applications) *.obj (supports multiple graphics tools) *.3ds (supports several graphics programs) *.mb (compatible with Maya 8.5) *.lwo (Lightwave 6) *.c4d (suitable for use in Cinema 4D 11) The renders were done using 3ds Max 2008, Vray 1.5, and the model's been set up to include a studio environment. Note that this setting is not part of our model bundle. If you need different formats, we'll be more than happy to adapt the file type for you. Each major component of the model comes in its own package. This lets you easily customize object materials or delete parts without messing with whole sections of the scene. We know how much work that is and would be glad to give advice on removing components or handling complex modifications if needed.
